The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you, and the Platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. The Operator reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, and to provide advance notice to the registered email address before any such charges are applied.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, referal rewards, and promotional credits offered by Jambitoto are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, as published on the Platform at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered in full according to the applicable wagering requirement multiplier before any winings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the combined deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per offer. The Platform reserves the right to void bonus winings where wagering requirements have not been met in full.
Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered Members making their first qualifying deposit only. Each Member is eligible for one welcome bonus package only, regardless of whether multiple account types or bonus variants are available. Abuse of welcome bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
Referral bonuses are issued where a referred individual completes a qualifying registration using the referer's unique code and makes a qualifying first deposit meeting the minimum deposit threshold. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by the Jambitoto platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
